“Lucas has always done a terrific job for me over the years with many different projects, from renovating an entire basement to laying an interlocking brick entranceway with a circular pattern inlay. He is extremely knowledgeable and has great ‘vision’ in which I am sorely lacking. I’m loving my new walkway and stone flower bed wall ( new plantings in the fall ).  Next project..... transforming my backyard ! So far he has built 2 new decks, one of which has a 3 season sunroom atop of it, and has started a stone pathway leading to a beautiful raised stone fire pit. Stonework

“Lucas created my fish pond water feature, which is a square stone structure covered by a grate for safety. The same stone has been used for my barbecue area, window well boxes and walkways. What I really appreciate is the attention to detail and functionality. “I am the very happy owner of a large screened porch built by Lucas of Millworks. In the summertime this room is often occupied by family and friends and offers shelter from sun and rain (and mosquitoes) and yet is bright and airy. Both the cathedral ceiling and the floor are natural pine, giving it a very homey feel. From this beautiful space we also have a view of a uniquely designed shed with a green roof, window boxes, a little porch, also built by Lucas.” J.M.
